Kristin Wolf is an author, teacher, depth and transformation coach, and founder of Magic Mushrooms in the Crystal Garden. Her work combines soul cartography, ceremony, ancestral healing, breathwork, and community-building to help people understand themselves and the world they live in.
Kristin Wolf is a channeler, author, teacher, and crystal energy healing master based in Zimmerman, Minnesota. She spent decades leading people and developing leaders — and for the last decade has been pursuing the healing arts with the same intensity. She sits with people in the hardest moments of their lives, reads what their soul came here to do, and tells them the truth about what she sees. Based in Zimmerman, Minnesota, she works with people locally and remotely across the country.
She works with people one on one through the SOUL Blueprint — a six-month soul cartography journey built from your birth chart, written specifically for you. She runs year-long containers through the Spark. She leads retreats on sacred land. She runs a crystal shop out of her home in Zimmerman. And she writes — books, transmissions, witness work — because some things need to be said out loud.
Her work is rooted in lived experience. She is a grandmother, a survivor, a political activist, and a teacher who did not come to repeat what she read. She came to say what she survived, remembered, and was sent to say. It's all in her Soul Blueprint.
Everything here started with losing her mother. Nancy Adams died February 8, 2023. My Mama's a Peacock was written in the six months that followed. It is about mothers and daughters, family, and love. About what you realize you lost once it's gone and how that changes the way you show up for everyone still here. It is also about how to stay connected — how spirit speaks through signs, symbols, and synchronicity after someone crosses. The language of the other side. Nancy still shows up. Kristin still listens. That is where all of this began.
